Technical Program Manager, Cloud Inference

Overview

Technical Program Manager to own execution and coordination for Anthropic’s cloud deployments and partner launches of Claude models.

What you'll do

• Define, scope, and sequence technical initiatives for cloud partnerships.
• Own program plans, timelines, and resourcing for partner and AI deployment work.
• Lead launch readiness for Claude models, including checklists, blocker tracking, and go/no-go.
• Coordinate with partner engineering teams as the primary technical interface on deployments, capacity, and incidents.
• Align internal engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver partner launches.
• Provide reporting on program status, issues, and risks to executives and stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Several years of experience in technical program management delivering complex technical programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures, AI/ML deployment, and integration challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence without authority.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic priorities with fast, high-quality execution.
• Experience with hyperscaler's managed AI platform (Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry) is preferred.
• Experience with ML inference, model serving infrastructure, or accelerator-based compute.
• Experience owning joint engineering roadmaps or dependency tracking and incident follow-through.
• Experience with release engineering, deployment automation, or CI/CD for multi-target systems.

Details

• Annual salary range: $290,000 to $435,000 USD.
• Location-based hybrid policy: in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship: sponsored (not guaranteed for every role/candidate).
