Technical Sales Representative

Overview

Territory Sales Representative driving growth for subfloor preparation and flooring adhesive solutions for tile installation systems.

What you'll do

• Grow sales and meet targets through partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers.
• Introduce and demonstrate tile and flooring solutions via jobsite visits, hands-on demos, and presentations.
• Generate new business through specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects and ensure outstanding service.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
• Update daily Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines and activities.
• Report product feedback and coordinate with the Technical Service team for quality assurance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience with proven success.
• Extensive experience with tile and stone installation systems including tile adhesives, tile grouts, thin-sets, and subfloor preparation for commercial & residential applications.
• Experience in conducting effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Comfort with technology and excellent organizational and territory management skills.

Details

• Will travel up to a posted geographic amount, with some overnight stays.
