Overview

Technical Sales Specialist (Design & Manufacturing) for customer-facing pre-sales in Bangalore, supporting discovery and technical closure while aligning Autodesk Design and Manufacturing solutions to customer needs.

What you'll do

• Run high-impact customer discovery sessions to understand priorities, workflows, pain points, and transformation objectives.
• Engage customers through joint and independent interactions, onsite and remote.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and solution workshops tailored to use cases.
• Translate discovery insights into business cases covering value, outcomes, and ROI.
• Partner with sales teams on deal strategy, qualification, and opportunity progression.
• Conduct technical evaluations, solution validation, and proof-of-concepts aligned to customer requirements.
• Identify technical whitespace opportunities to drive expansion, cross-sell, and platform adoption.

What you'll need

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputed institute.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales/technical sales role.
• 5+ years working in or with the Design & Manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Autodesk solutions including Inventor, Fusion, Vault, and Fusion Manage.
• Knowledge of comparable SaaS/technology solutions from other vendors is valuable.
