Job description

Overview

Technical Success Engineers serve as an extension of clients' operational teams, embedding Addepar expertise into their day-to-day workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and strategic insight beyond initial implementation.

What you'll do

  • Apply technical and industry expertise to design and implement scalable, best-practice solutions within existing Addepar environments.
  • Deliver high-impact outcomes aligned to client goals, ensuring measurable value and satisfaction at every engagement milestone.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across all aspects of the Addepar platform.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical risks before they escalate.
  • Drive proactive, transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, setting expectations clearly and following through.
  • Communicate project health, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence, escalating decisively when required.
  • Foster strong client relationships grounded in trust, consistent delivery, and commitment to client success.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Client Success Managers, and Support Leads to build sustainable business-as-usual success models.
  • Partner with Product and R&D teams to surface client insights that inform scalable tooling, reduce client dependence on premium services, and accelerate self-sufficiency.
  • Bridge gaps between teams, break down silos, and ensure the right people are connected to solve problems quickly.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize internal processes, tools, and engagement models as the client base scales.
  • Develop repeatable methodologies, pre-configured templates, and process improvements to reduce project complexity and compress timelines.
  • Build tools, scripts, and automations that eliminate manual work and increase throughput.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, Professional Services, or Consulting.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and source systems, or related experience in professional services, client implementations, solution consulting, wealthtech, or prior Addepar platform exposure.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship, and authorized to begin work on the first day of employment.

Nice to have

  • Prior client-facing and financial services experience.
  • Previous experience in investment management software implementations.
  • Experience using and implementing AI, specifically Claude Cowork where you're building skills and artifacts.
  • Capability to program or script, particularly in Python.
  • Experience with data architecture, ETL processes, or reporting infrastructure.
  • Passion for technology and finance that extends beyond the day job.

Details
