Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Provide technical support and customer-focused sales enablement for Adobe Acrobat and related web products. The role combines troubleshooting, solution recommendations, customer success, and insights reporting.

What you'll do

• Resolve technical and non-technical customer issues across voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot Acrobat products across Windows and Mac systems.
• Recommend Acrobat features, workflows, upgrades, and products based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through workflows, best practices, and feature enhancements.
• Report product gaps, recurring issues, call drivers, and customer pain points.
• Document customer interactions and follow through to timely resolution.
• Analyze customer insights, usage metrics, and case patterns for actionable feedback.

What you'll need

• Graduate qualification completed full time.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and Mac environments.
• Understanding of Adobe Acrobat and web products.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows for customers.
• Ability to manage diverse workloads and meet performance KPIs.

Nice to have

• Expertise in at least one of Adobe Studio, Acrobat Pro, Dreamweaver, XD, Express, Firefly, or Animate.
