Technical Support & Solutions Associate - Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)

Overview

Work as first-line technical support for Karya’s PaaS partners, triaging and resolving partner-facing issues while identifying repeat patterns and scoping automation opportunities. As the platform becomes self-serve, grow into solutions architecture to help partners configure and deploy the platform.

What you'll do

• Triage partner-facing technical issues, diagnosing what’s broken and resolving what you can.
• Route unresolved issues to engineering with sufficient context to avoid rework.
• Identify patterns behind repeat issues and scope automation opportunities for the product team.
• Communicate directly with partners during incidents, translating technical problems clearly.
• Coordinate between partners and engineering by chasing fixes and flagging at-risk timelines.
• Debug issues and make small fixes or configuration changes when possible.
• Write precise, actionable bug reports for engineering when deeper fixes are needed.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Comfort using Python and Node.js in the tech stack.
• Ability to read and modify code, including debugging real issues and making small fixes.
• Some exposure to client-facing or partner-facing work.
• Communication skills to translate complex problems for non-technical partners.
• Enough technical grounding to understand APIs, deployment models, and configuration-driven systems.
