What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.

• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies to support business growth.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure technology strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their understanding of technology strategy and its business implications.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Energy.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Energy.
• Strong analytical skills to assess technology trends and their potential business impact.
• Experience in developing and communicating technology roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
• Ability to evaluate complex technology environments and recommend innovative solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to articulate technology visions effectively.
• Capability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and drive consensus on technology initiatives.
