Technology Support Engineer

Overview

Technology Support Engineer responsible for resolving incidents and problems across business system components to maintain operational stability.

What you'll do

• Resolve incidents and problems impacting multiple business system components.
• Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and support effective troubleshooting.
• Update knowledge base articles to enable issue troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems and contribute to team discussions.
• Support junior team members with knowledge sharing and guidance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and infrastructure components.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Familiarity with change management processes and incident resolution workflows.
