Job description

Overview

Telecom Networking Engineer responsible for monitoring, supporting, and handling incidents and requests for Genesys Cloud infrastructure and Cisco IPT in a global multi-location contact center environment.

What you'll do

Monitor and support Genesys Cloud infrastructure and Cisco IPT.
Handle incidents and service requests for voice, data, and video services.
Execute technology strategies and deliver systems and technologies to enhance customer experience.
Configure Jabber for Windows, Android, and Mac.
Analyze call routing for Local, National, and International call types.
Use PureInsights reporting for monitoring and reporting.

What you'll need

2-4 years of overall experience.
Experience with multi-site Genesys PureCloud configurations for a multi-location contact center.
Operational knowledge of Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection.
Basic knowledge of call routing in Cisco IPT design.
Knowledge of telecommunications circuits/signaling protocols including FXO/FXS/PRI/T1/DS3.
Basic knowledge of leased line, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering.

Details

24x5 & weekend on-call support or 24x7 as required.
