Telemarketing Executive

About the role

We're looking for a confident and persuasive Tele-calling Executive to join our sales team on a full-time, on-site basis. You'll be the voice of our organization, engaging prospects and customers over the phone to drive conversions and build lasting relationships.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and conduct tele-calling campaigns to generate sales and gather customer feedback
• Pitch products/services with conviction, addressing objections and closing deals through strong persuasion and communication
• Maintain accurate call logs, customer interactions, and sales data in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or CRM tools to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion KPIs while maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of proven experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, or a similar outbound sales role
• Fluent in both Hindi and English with strong verbal communication and convincing ability
• Female candidate (as per role requirement)
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting
• On-site availability — this is an office-based role with no remote work option

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools or sales software
• Track record of exceeding sales targets or call metrics
• Customer service or BPO background
