About the role

We’re looking for a Telemarketing Executive to drive lead generation for Prozent’s AI automation solutions from our Noida Sector-63 office. You’ll connect with business owners, qualify prospects, and book demo meetings that directly feed the sales pipeline.

What you'll do

Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to prospective customers from assigned lead lists
Introduce AI and WhatsApp automation solutions in a clear, consultative way
Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, pain points, and interest level
Handle basic objections, follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email, and book product demos
Update the CRM after every interaction and work toward daily and monthly targets

What we're looking for

0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, or customer calling
Graduate in any discipline, with strong confidence speaking to business owners and decision-makers
Fluent communication in English and Hindi; additional regional languages will be a plus
Comfortable working from the Noida Sector-63 office and using CRM/productivity tools
Female candidates only
