Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and approach potential customers to promote and sell GST Franchisee services.
• Conduct outbound telecalling and telesales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Explain service offerings, benefits, and business opportunities to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Create sales presentations and performance reports for management review.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
