Territory Sales Officer

Overview

Manage territory sales for Unilever's Personal Care business in Haryana by driving sales, distribution, market execution and distributor performance.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales targets through personal selling and market visits.
• Drive and manage the distributor system.
• Analyse MIS reports to identify execution gaps and opportunities.
• Negotiate with distributors and develop their customer-management capabilities.
• Build trade relationships and provide market feedback to the branch office.
• Improve competitive position through customer service.
• Monitor distributor sales-team performance and take corrective action.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of channel-sales experience.
• Full-time graduation.
• Skills in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
• Knowledge of RS appointment and sales planning.
• Experience conducting promotional activities and execution.
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• English and local-language communication skills are desired.
