Teritory Manager

Overview

As a Territory Manager, you grow revenue by managing customer accounts, building relationships, and securing new business.

What you'll do

• Manage customer accounts as the primary customer point of contact.
• Develop sales plans and drive new business with existing customers and distributors.
• Introduce new products and support distributors to expand external distribution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through relationship management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Handle forecasting, collections/payment collections, and CRM updates to meet sales targets.
• Secure design wins and enable annual price increases.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Specialty Chemicals, Electroplating or surface finishing (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent (required).
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
