Territory Sales Officer

Overview

Drive sales growth and market execution across an assigned territory by managing distributors, expanding outlet coverage, and ensuring availability and visibility of Unilever brands.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales targets through personal market visits and distribution activities.
• Manage distributor front-end and back-end infrastructure.
• Coordinate distributors and outlets to improve product placements and offtakes.
• Analyse MIS reports to identify execution gaps and opportunities.
• Negotiate with distributors and develop their customer-management capabilities.
• Build trade relationships and provide market feedback to the branch office.
• Monitor distributor sales-team performance and take corrective action.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales.
• Full-time graduation.
• Skills in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
• Knowledge of RS appointment and sales planning.
• Experience conducting promotional activities and execution.
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Communication skills in English and the local language.
