Territory Sales Officer

Overview

Drive sales growth and market execution across an assigned territory by managing distributors, expanding outlet coverage, and improving product availability and visibility.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales targets through personal market visits and distribution activities.
• Manage distributor front-end and back-end infrastructure.
• Analyse MIS reports to identify execution gaps and opportunities.
• Negotiate with distributors to generate additional business.
• Build trade relationships and provide market feedback to the branch office.
• Monitor distributor and sales-team performance and take corrective action.

What you'll need

• Minimum full-time graduation.
• At least 2 years of channel sales experience.
• Expertise in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
• Knowledge of RS appointment and sales planning.
• Knowledge of promotional activity execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Decent communication in English and the local language.
