Territory Sales Officer

Overview

Territory Sales Officer responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor operations, and improving market execution across the assigned geography.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales targets through personal selling and distribution activities.
• Manage distributor front-end and back-end infrastructure.
• Analyse MIS reports to identify execution gaps and opportunities.
• Negotiate with distributors and develop their customer-management capabilities.
• Build trade relationships and provide market feedback to the branch office.
• Improve competitive position through customer service.
• Monitor distributor and sales-team performance and take corrective action.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience.
• Full-time graduation.
• Skills in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
• Knowledge of RS appointment and sales planning.
• Experience conducting promotional activities and execution.
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Communication skills in English and the local language.
