Test Analyst

Overview

Test Analyst responsible for supporting the delivery of Location Strategy projects according to plan, budget, quality, and governance standards.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for project releases independently.
• Perform defect analysis, debugging, and root-cause identification.
• Integrate and manage test execution and defect management using Jira.
• Contribute to test strategy, planning, estimation, and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, execution efficiency, and framework scalability.
• Work with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.

What you’ll need

• Strong knowledge of test creation, execution, and defect management using Jira.
• Experience with Core Java and automation development.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks/tools including Selenium, Rest Assured, TestNG, and Maven.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Understanding of RESTful API concepts and JSON/XML data formats.
• Experience with API testing, database testing, and end-to-end test validation.
• Hands-on experience using test management tools (e.g., JIRA) to manage testing lifecycle and report metrics.
