Test Automation Engineer

Overview

Test Automation Engineer role focused on running end-to-end quality engineering with an emphasis on automation.

What you'll do

• Run end-to-end quality engineering with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity.
• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
• Maintain and update automated test scripts as requirements and systems change.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate in team discussions.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing tools and processes.
• Mentor junior team members on automation frameworks.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot automation/testing issues.
• Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
