Overview

Lead Test/Automation Engineer responsible for designing and executing testing strategies to validate software functionality, performance, and user experience.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and execute testing strategies and comprehensive test plans.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and contribute to acceptance criteria.
• Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and support defect resolution with developers.
• Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and drive operational effectiveness.
