Testing Project Manager

Overview

Manage QA and testing projects while overseeing AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams. The role focuses on automation strategy, delivery, innovation, and collaboration with engineering and business teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee delivery of AI-powered testing services across application streams.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Integrate testing into Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines.
• Own the roadmap for planned AI Copilot phases.
• Develop and execute automation scripts for desktop, web, iOS, and native mobile applications.
• Analyze test results and resolve issues with development engineers and business analysts.
• Prepare test metrics documentation.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of QA project management experience.
• Experience with Playwright and Selenium automation.
• Experience with LambdaTest and Postman.
• Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies for enterprise web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Knowledge of AI tools, functional, end-to-end, API testing, and automation frameworks.
• Java or Python scripting knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience with consulting, TestComplete, ORPOS, retail, eCommerce, or digital testing.
