TH Sales Specialist

Overview

Sales Specialist responsible for building and managing a reliable long-term sales network for Continental PLT and Specialty Tires in Thailand.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain a long-term sales network with distributors and retailers.
• Continuously evaluate existing and potential dealers and distributors.
• Drive actions to achieve monthly sales targets for individual business plans.
• Identify business opportunities for dealers and distributors.
• Coordinate with marketing pricing to optimize price lists.
• Monitor product performance in the market and track competitor performance.
• Plan and forecast at least three months with distributors and report results versus agreed targets.
• Support technical customer service in handling customer claims and improving product performance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Account Management.
• Understanding of Thailand Passenger Light Truck Replacement (PLT RE) market.
• Understanding of Thailand Specialty Tire market (will be a plus).
• Experience in forecast and budget planning process.
• Experience in sales, supply chain management, product release procedures, or related fields.
• Knowledge of government requirements (e.g., CCC) process.
• Ability to travel across locations.

• Specialty tires include mining, material handling, and port operation.
