Overview
TH Sales Specialist responsible for account management, business development, market analysis/reporting, customer training, and sales/compliance execution.
What you'll do
- Manage customer accounts through regular engagement and follow-up to achieve sales targets.
- Develop new customers and strategic groups to ensure total channel volume achievement.
- Ensure timely handling of customer account receivables and maintain internal communication.
- Analyze market conditions (volume, segmentation, service needs, demand, competition, pricing) and report findings.
- Execute business strategy covering market share, sales volume planning, and product roadmap.
- Provide training and on-site coaching to retail networks on operations, procedures, sales skills, and customer service.
- Monitor quality standards, timelines, and costs; follow up on lost sales opportunities and refine processes based on feedback.
What you'll need
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have minimum 5 years of professional experience in the tire industry or related automotive sector.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Show proven experience in customer account management and relationship development.
- Have strong business acumen with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Have experience delivering training programs to retail networks and external stakeholders.
- Meet requirements for advanced experience managing relationships with external customers and channel partners.
Nice to have
- Experience in a technical or product-focused role within the automotive or tire industry.
- Experience working in multinational organizations or managing international business operations.
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitive intelligence reporting.
- Experience with sales forecasting and budget management.
