TK Sales Engineer

Overview

Sales Engineer responsible for growing the Truck–Vehicle Powered Unit segment through a channel sales approach in the Transport Refrigeration segment.

What you'll do

• Manage and strengthen the existing dealer network.
• Create new dealer relationships and execute sales across designated geographies.
• Develop business relationships with stakeholders in customer organizations.
• Achieve booking, revenue, gross margin, and accounts receivable targets.
• Generate leads and support direct sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Share market forecasts and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Maintain market information on products, competition, and current offerings.

What you'll need

• 7–8 years of sales experience in the Transport Refrigeration segment.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree or any graduate qualification.
• Technical understanding of the Thermo King transport refrigeration product range.
• Knowledge of OI, profit margin, P&L, and related financial terms.
• Ability to write business reports, equipment specifications, and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate persuasively with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market information and develop customer-focused solutions.

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
• Work onsite Monday through Thursday.
• Choose the work location on Fridays based on work requirements.
• People management responsibility: Individual Contributor.
