Inside Sales Engineer

Overview

Support Sales Engineering Managers and Sales Engineers in US-market pre-sales engagements, with a primary focus on proofs of concept and demonstrations.

What you'll do

• Support pre-sales proofs of concept and demonstrations.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Support TODs, ALDs, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering.
• Perform technical research for sales engagements.
• Demonstrate cybersecurity solutions to customers.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on technical support or data recovery and backup experience.
• Experience with one or more cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, OSI layers, Active Directory, DNS, TCP, and UDP.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience with networking, storage, hypervisors, or containers.
• Experience with databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SAP, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Customer-facing experience delivering pilots, proofs of concept, or technical demonstrations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience onboarding CRM applications such as Salesforce or D365.
• Hands-on experience with Commvault, Rubrik, Veeam, Cohesity, Dell, NetApp, or Pure Storage technologies.
• Cloud or AI industry certifications.
• Additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish.
• US customer experience and flexibility for permanent night shifts for AMER COE hires.
