Transformation Associate

Overview

Transformation Associate role in Harvey’s Transformation Office, turning client and usage inputs into analyses, playbooks, frameworks, and executive-ready materials for AI transformation.

What you'll do

• Pull, structure, and analyze adoption and usage data across accounts.
• Build models, dashboards, and impact analyses to identify what's working and where value can be created.
• Codify engagement learnings into reusable playbooks, templates, and methodology.
• Synthesize best practices into repeatable materials, stakeholder maps, workflow analyses, and tracking.
• Translate complex analysis into crisp narratives, decks, and one-pagers for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of strategy consulting experience at an MBB firm (or equivalent), owning analytically rigorous workstreams.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills; comfortable structuring messy data in Excel/Sheets.
• Experience building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology.
• Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work (ideally in or adjacent to legal/financial/professional services).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias to action.
