Overview

Specialist role for Finance & Accounting (I2C) focused on agent account reconciliation, posting policy bill lines, and managing delinquent/suspense items with SLA-aligned quality.

What you'll do

• Manage all I2C domain activities.
• Reconcile the agent account against remittance provided by the current agent.
• Post amounts on policy bill lines received for policy premium.
• Follow up on delinquent items and amounts in the suspense account.
• Ensure transaction quality compliance with predefined SLA metrics.
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis.
• Coach and groom team members to build an efficient team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), and Collections Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Automation, Data Analysis, and Macros.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI.
• English language proficiency (required) at C2 level.
• Accounts payable/receivable domain capability and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses.
