TST – AF, Customer Service Representative

Overview

Customer Service Representative role at Bill Gosling Outsourcing, interacting with customers across calls, emails and other channels to resolve inquiries and keep customer information accurate.

What you'll do

• Interact with customers and customer information on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide information to customers about product features, products and services.
• Help customers with complaints, questions and problems, or when they need information.
• Ensure customer information is updated accurately.
• Update customer files with appropriate information, following regulatory, client specific and corporate guidelines.
• Engage with customers on all inbound and outbound calls, emails and other applicable channels of communication, and support updates to customer account information.
• Deliver BGO and client metrics and expectations on a regular basis.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Champion company core values and other company programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• Education: minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required for North America; minimum of 2 years post-secondary or equivalent is required for the Philippines; no minimum requirement for Costa Rica or the United Kingdom; minimum 3 CSEC passes for Trinidad & Tobago.
• English is compulsory in all locations.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an Agent or Customer Service Representative.
