UX Writer II, Resume Team

Overview

Develop user-centered content and new experiences for resume-building products. Partner with product, design, research, and other teams across multiple concurrent initiatives.

What you'll do

• Define content requirements and strategies with product managers, UX, and cross-functional teams.
• Shape content for UX flows, subscription plans, pricing, and product entry points.
• Collaborate with UX designers to align content and design with user needs.
• Develop consistent nomenclature for tools and applications.
• Align product messaging with brand, accessibility, legal, and compliance standards.
• Evaluate product usability and incorporate user research when needed.
• Manage writing projects, milestones, reviews, and handoffs.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience in UX, technical, or marketing writing.
• Online portfolio or work samples demonstrating user-centered copy and content solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.
• Interest in product growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating across multiple teams on similar flows and experiences.
• Knowledge of in-product A/B testing and experimentation.
• Experience with user research, testing, and insight generation.

• 100% remote, work from home.

• Starting pay range: $70,000–$100,000 USD yearly.
