Vice President, Renewables, Utilities, Infrastructure & Transport, Sector Coverage APAC

Overview

Support APAC sector coverage for renewables, utilities, infrastructure and transport, with a focus on debt financing, capital structuring, strategic financings and deal execution. The role is Mumbai based and also supports digital infrastructure opportunities within the TMT sector.

What you'll do

• Support deal origination and execution across APAC.
• Develop sector insights and engage senior client executives.
• Perform credit analysis, financial modelling and valuation.
• Support due diligence, loan structuring and debt financing execution.
• Prepare client pitches, marketing materials, transaction documents and presentations.
• Manage day-to-day project and transaction execution.
• Coordinate with coverage bankers, product teams and distribution partners.

What you'll need

• Experience supporting corporate and investment banking transactions.
• Knowledge of debt financing and capital structuring.
• Ability to develop financial models and analyses.
• Ability to assess deal risk and support credit decisions.
• Ability to prepare transaction and investor materials.
• Ability to collaborate with sector coverage, product and distribution teams.
