Overview

Technical Customer Support Engineer L2 for VMware (Zerto), part of HPE’s customer support/operations engineering team.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, analyze, troubleshoot, and debug systems, software, and solutions.
• Work across research, research development, product, services, and solutions for HPE’s portfolio.
• Apply specialist subject-matter expertise to solve common technical problems.
• Provide analysis of information and recommendations for appropriate action.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise/datacenter software or SaaS solutions support.
• Experience with VMware vSphere family.
• Experience with log analysis.
• Customer handling and technical support experience with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and other networking concepts.
• General understanding of virtualized environments.

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
• Work mode: Hybrid; average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
