Job description

Overview

Volatility Trader to expand IMC Trading’s volatility trading strategies and help grow options trading globally.

What you'll do

Maximize revenue by finding and capitalising on short-term mispricing.
Manage larger positions.
Work with research and quant teams to analyse results and improve approach.
Take ownership early to drive strategies forward.
Support the strategic goal of building options trading globally (positional market making and relative value strategies).

What you'll need

4+ years of experience as a Trader at a prop trading firm/market maker managing your own book.
Experience in options position trading in Indian markets is good to have.
Experience in computer programming is desirable (Python, C/C++, Java, Matlab, SQL).
Entrepreneurial mindset, healthy risk appetite, competitive nature, and fast decision-making.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
