VP, Salesforce Solutions

Overview

Lead pre-sales solutioning for Salesforce multi-cloud and Agentforce opportunities, connecting platform strategy, client business objectives, and differentiated solution architectures. This is a strategic advisory and pursuit leadership role, not a delivery or implementation role.

What you'll do

• Own Salesforce and Agentforce solutioning from discovery through final proposal.
• Shape architectures aligned with client outcomes and commercial requirements.
• Present Salesforce capabilities and trade-offs to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Develop Salesforce ecosystem positioning and integration points across clouds.
• Build reusable discovery, architecture, demo, RFP, and proposal assets.
• Define Agentforce strategies involving data readiness, identity, and customer 360.
• Collaborate with Salesforce partner and co-sell teams on joint opportunities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years in Salesforce platform strategy and solutioning roles.
• Deep expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Data Cloud.
• Experience shaping complex proposals and influencing enterprise purchase decisions.
• Fluency in identity resolution, consent, data privacy, and omnichannel activation.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of emerging Salesforce features and AI capabilities.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or Salesforce Architect, Consultant, or equivalent certification.
• Consulting, systems integration, agency, or MarTech experience.
• Salesforce partner ecosystem and complementary technology experience.
• External thought leadership in Salesforce, CDP, or marketing data.

• Location: Connecticut, United States; remote designation may apply.
• Up to 25% travel.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Annual salary: $163,000-$250,000.
