Overview
Warehouse Supervisor to lead a factory Stores and Logistics team in Vadodara, supporting reliable and efficient operations to meet customer demand.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Ensure safe, timely execution of packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams for timely material availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic stock audits using ERP/WMS systems.
- Enforce compliance with safety standards, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of experience with stores and logistics (or 5-8 years with a diploma) in the manufacturing/power industry.
- Strong stores and logistics management knowledge, including inventory management concepts.
- Working knowledge of ERP/WMS and SAP system in MM and PP modules.
- Knowledge of inventory ageing taxation topics including GST and E-way bill.
- Proficiency with MS Office and spoken-written English.
- Mechanical/Electrical Bachelor’s degree (or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical) qualification.
