Ways of working - Transformation & Execution- Director

Overview

Guide teams, leaders and the wider organisation in adopting and optimising Agile practices, fostering an Agile mindset and driving continuous improvement and long-term, sustainable Agile transformation at a strategic level across the programme.

What you'll do

• Mentor and coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools and methodologies, aligned to the Business Unit's strategic needs and to delivering value to the client or customer.
• Coach and develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working, championing an Agile mindset and behaviours to drive cultural change.
• Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practice and contribute to a network of Agile champions across Business Units.
• Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices.
• Facilitate the transition to new Agile methodologies at team and team-of-teams levels.
• Oversee wider execution activities and broader enterprise change initiatives, and provide coaching oversight.

What you'll need

• A strong understanding of scaled Agile frameworks.
• Solid coaching experience in complex organisations.
• Demonstrated flexibility in applying frameworks.
• Ability to provide psychological safety to teams undergoing transformation.
• Clear evidence of having acted as a coach in the true sense rather than a practitioner.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services sector or a similar sector.
