Workday Prism and Reports Developer

Overview

Workday HCM Prism and Reports developer to join Kyndryl’s CIO “Hire to Retire” team, managing and enhancing Workday Project workstream solutions.

What you'll do

• Configure, manage, and optimize the Workday Projects Module.
• Use worker profile data and skills profiles from Workday HCM.
• Automate resource assignment using dynamic resource pools and faceted search.
• Plan and track projects and tasks using resource pools, work plans, and project hierarchies.
• Integrate with external project systems such as Microsoft Project.
• Configure business process workflows for company and work-specific processes.
• Manage and enhance Workday Project workstream and Workday analytics and reports.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years of technical and professional expertise.
• Skills in one or more of: Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Reporting, Workday HCM.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Master Certified Technical Specialist is mentioned as an and/or qualification.
• Workday Pro Certification in Prism analytics and Reports Developer and other HCM modules is preferred.
