Working Student (f/m/d) Automotive Software Systems Munich on-site

Overview

Working Student role supporting Automotive Software Systems in Munich. You’ll assist the Field Application Engineering team with troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, and software prototyping.

What you'll do

• Assist in deploying software and provide ongoing support.
• Triage and resolve issues reported by end-users.
• Diagnose technical issues related to software and hardware components.
• Debug and troubleshoot software defects and analyze complex debug reports.
• Create tools/applications to help analyze and troubleshoot subsystem problems.
• Create and maintain documentation such as user manuals and release notes.
• Develop software prototypes to validate and demonstrate concepts and features.

What you'll need

• Completed at least 3 semesters and currently enrolled in full-time studies in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering or similar in Munich.
• Interest in software development with proficiency in languages such as C, C++, Python, Java, or others.
• Understanding of basic computer architecture in multi-core, multi-threaded systems.
• Knowledge/interest in Linux as a user and as a developer.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
