Overview
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you own the day-to-day workplace experience and act as a first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners.
What you'll do
- Provide warm, professional hospitality as the first contact in the office.
- Own day-to-day workplace experience, proactively resolving issues and escalating as needed.
- Maintain workplace readiness by supporting cleanliness, stocking, safety, and shared-space availability.
- Handle office operations including mail, supplies, snacks/inventory, and service follow-up.
- Coordinate and support on-site and remote events, including set-up, logistics, and post-event reset.
- Coordinate vendors/building partners for facilities needs and support site inspections/assessments.
What you'll need
- 2-3 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, and/or commercial real estate knowledge.
- Strong operational mindset focused on employee and visitor experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across email/Slack/in-person.
- Comfort using AI tools to support productivity and efficiency.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; comfort using Jira, help desk tools, and Slack.
- Professional, positive, solutions-oriented customer service approach under pressure.
