Zoho CRM Developer

Overview

Zoho CRM Developer to own Zoho CRM (and Zoho Flow) end to end—day-to-day administration, automation maintenance, and building new CRM capabilities.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day Zoho CRM administration (users, roles, modules, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, and data hygiene).
• Support end users across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Read, debug, maintain, and extend existing Deluge automation.
• Build new features and server-side functions using Deluge, Node.js, or Java.
• Modernize automation to Node.js or Java to improve maintainability.
• Maintain and improve Zoho integrations via Zoho Flow and APIs.
• Document the system and translate requirements into CRM configuration and data-model decisions.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM administration and configuration.
• Experience reading, debugging, and maintaining Deluge automation.
• Scripting/programming ability in Deluge or Node.js for server-side functions.
• Working understanding of CRM data modeling (modules and relationships).
• Experience with at least one integration approach (Zoho Flow, webhooks, or REST APIs).
• English communication skills.

• Location: India (Remote).
• Work overlap: 7:30pm–11:30pm IST, plus 4 flexible hours in IST.
• Reside or be located within 150 km of Greater Delhi NCR, Greater Bangalore, or Greater Pune.
