Overview

Lead large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM transformations for global clients as a strategic architecture leader, combining solution architecture, client advisory, delivery governance and practice development.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
• Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with ERP Cloud implementations
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders
• Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions for SCM solutions
• Strengthen the SCM practice by developing accelerators, reusable assets and frameworks
• Ensure quality delivery, documentation and adherence to Highstreet implementation frameworks
• Drive process standardization, automation and best practices across SCM programs
• Build high-performing delivery teams by developing internal talent and guiding project teams
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations and proposal development
• Contribute to practice growth through solution accelerators, frameworks and reusable assets

What you'll need

• 8–12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Oracle SCM (Cloud preferred)
• Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Proven team-building and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strategic thinking and execution excellence
