Account Director, Digital Natives

Overview

Account Director, Digital Natives drives opportunities across the full sales cycle for AI platform solutions. The role manages customer accounts in Sydney under a hybrid model.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and develop comprehensive account plans.
• Support accounts from initial engagement through deployment and renewal.
• Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute customer programs and projects.
• Own a revenue target and manage revenue forecasts.
• Analyze account metrics and share insights with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry landscape to contribute to product roadmap and corporate strategies.
• Collaborate across functions including solutions, marketing, operations, finance, product, and engineering.

What you'll need

• 7+ years selling and renewing platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service.
• Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies.
• Experience supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies.
• Experience working directly with C-level executives.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience gathering, distilling, and processing complex market intelligence.
