Account Executive

Overview

Account Executive responsible for driving enterprise software sales across the assigned ASEAN territory, with a focus on the Philippine market. The role owns customer relationships, pipeline development, and full sales-cycle execution.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Generate new business through prospecting, lead follow-up, and referrals.
• Partner with channel, SI, and alliance partners to expand regional sales.
• Deliver product demonstrations and value-based discussions.
• Attend virtual and on-site customer meetings and industry events.
• Manage sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Forecast pipeline and sales metrics in Salesforce.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience in IT operations, observability, or security is preferred.
• Proven success building pipeline and closing complex deals.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine enterprise landscape.
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
• Experience working with partners and channels.
