Account Executive- Commercial

Overview

Account Executive on the Commercial Sales team, selling Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange cloud security platform to commercial customers in Mumbai. Reports to the Regional Sales Director.

What you'll do

• Understand and solve customer pain points through the Zscaler value proposition, educating key decision-makers
• Act as the GM of your business by creating strategic success plans that include coverage, target prospects, and marketing campaigns
• Implement world-class sales methodologies to consistently overachieve on quarterly and annual revenue goals
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver both business and technical value
• Partner with the channel ecosystem to create joint plans, build pipeline, and lead opportunities to closure

What you'll need

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• 6+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting revenue quotas, including 4+ years selling specifically to the commercial segment
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and building relationships at the C-level
• Experience working with channel partners to create joint plans and lead opportunities to closure

Nice to have

• Experience demonstrating the business value of AI-driven security architectures or leveraging AI productivity platforms to optimize commercial sales pipelines
• Experience selling security, SaaS, or software solutions
• A history of career over-achievement, consistently ranking in the top 10% of your organization
