Accounts Receivables Analyst

Overview

Accounts Receivable Analyst responsible for the administration of the accounts receivable function, including payment allocation, customer account management and credit and collection reporting.

What you'll do

• Allocate payments to customer accounts.
• Ensure unallocated cash is well explained.
• Apply payments in the customer account.
• Compile account statements.
• Follow up on rejected transactions.
• Compile the direct debit file.
• Assist the Credit analyst with the reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Prepare reports on the status of credit and collection activities to minimize outstanding debt.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate or equivalent.
• Demonstrable numeracy.
• Microsoft Office proficient.
• Governance and internal control.
• Previous reporting experience.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to multi-task; detail oriented.
• Responsible with good work ethics.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Positive and professional phone demeanour.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
