Overview

Senior Associate in the Application Evolution Services - Salesforce practice at PwC Acceleration Center India, delivering Salesforce system integration solutions for clients and guiding and mentoring others.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement Salesforce integration solutions to enhance client operations
• Manage middleware development and RESTful API integrations for seamless data flow
• Customize Salesforce platforms to meet specific business requirements and improve functionality
• Conduct integration analysis to optimize Salesforce data architecture and workflows
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Salesforce solutions
• Utilize Salesforce APIs to streamline business processes and drive efficiency
• Lead process automation initiatives to improve operational performance
• Support the deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud and other related applications
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with Salesforce advancements and industry trends
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in Salesforce development and integration

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs/ Vlocity, Omnistudio, Omniscripts, Flex card, Force.com. and Salesforce Customization
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Integration
• Utilizing Salesforce Customization and Salesforce Data Architecture skills
• Engaging in Middleware Development and RESTful API implementation
• Applying analytical thinking to complex business integrations
• Excelling in communication and active listening within client support roles
