Salesforce Revenue Cloud- Sr. Associate

Overview

Support client service engagements focused on Salesforce Revenue Cloud within the Commercial & Service Excellence practice, connecting business needs with Salesforce solutions and guiding junior team members.

What you'll do

• Analyze Salesforce Revenue Cloud business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs
• Support client engagements by configuring Salesforce applications, workflows, and related platform features
• Gather and document functional requirements, process flows, and user stories for implementation efforts
• Assist with system integrations, data mapping, and release activities across Salesforce environments
• Troubleshoot application issues and evaluate root causes to support timely resolution
• Develop testing scenarios, validate system functionality, and track defects through completion
• Prepare training materials and deliver user support during deployment and adoption activities
• Monitor workstream progress, communicate status updates, and escalate risks and dependencies as needed
• Guide junior team members through task execution, review feedback, and technical problem solving
• Apply Salesforce administration knowledge and emerging technologies to improve process efficiency

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or additional Salesforce cloud certifications
• Experience supporting Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations
• Applying Salesforce Administration across sales technology solutions
• Eliciting requirements and translating them into configuration needs
• Collaborating across client teams on process standardization
• Learning agility in ambiguous, fast-changing client settings
