AI and Automation Developer

Overview

AI and Automation Developer to design and deliver agentic AI and automation solutions, including identifying high-value AI/automation use cases and building end-to-end intelligent systems.

What you'll do

• Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
• Build scalable automation solutions to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and assess opportunities for AI and automation with business and technical stakeholders.
• Integrate AI-driven solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, ServiceNow) via APIs and cloud platforms.
• Lead the development lifecycle from concept/POC through deployment and optimization.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable technical architectures.

What you'll need

• Strong programming background with Python required.
• Hands-on experience developing GenAI/LLM-based applications.
• Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangChain Agents, OpenAI Agents, or AutoGen.
• Experience building automation workflows using RPA tools, scripting, or custom logic.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and enterprise data systems.
• Project management experience with an Agile mindset.
