AI - GR - Sr Software Engineer

Overview

Sr. Software Engineer focused on AI engineering, building and operating microservices and LLM/RAG systems.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain microservice architecture and API management solutions for AI deployments.
• Collaborate with data science and product teams to acquire, process, and manage data for model integration.
• Design and implement scalable enterprise data pipelines for AI/ML models.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance machine learning models for quality and performance.
• Build LLM inference architectures, including GPU memory optimization and quantization.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and operate Kubernetes-based orchestration for ML workload deployments.
• Design NLP solutions including text classification, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6+ years in AI engineering.
• Preferred total experience of 8 years.
• Advanced Python with data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Kubernetes with Helm/service mesh.
• Familiarity with RAG/vector DB tools (Qdrant, ChromaDB) and semantic retrieval.
