AI Native Software Engineer

Overview

Build and ship production-ready software on ServiceNow, using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle. The role works independently toward SME level and supports team delivery and growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver production-ready software solutions with AI embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design, validate and refine solutions to meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI-driven software development with project goals.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Document best practices and share knowledge to support team growth.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
• Continuously improve how software is built and operated, and keep up with emerging AI-native software engineering trends.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow (must-have skill).
• Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and integration.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and AI-native engineering principles.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of maintaining software quality and compliance in AI-driven projects.
• 15 years of full-time education.
