Overview

Analyst role focused on AML/KYC refresh process activities for designated clients, including document review, due diligence coordination, and escalation of compliance risks.

What you'll do

• Stay current with regulatory changes for client KYC, suitability, and documentation.
• Escalate appropriately any risks identified during documentation review.
• Collect required KYC documents and information with client-facing teams.
• Manage client due diligence and coordinate stakeholder participation.
• Act as point of contact for KYC and reporting issues for designated clients.
• Review cases before handover to Financial Crime Risk for assessment.
• Represent the team at working groups and steering committee meetings with progress updates.

What you'll need

• Prior experience working in an AML/KYC role for periodic review roles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong risk and controls awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet fixed deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong client focus and ability to partner across internal groups and client coverage.
